After some random thinking, I decided "Blood Sky" was more evocative of the setting and tone than the former title "Red Sky Goons."

Also added a rule for Exhaustion (it reduces inventory) and made the rule for Exposure more lenient (without warm clothing, you roll at noon and midnight to find out whether you lose Health). The rule for Healing is revised to reflect those changes.
