Cross post with Fair Ones
atlantean hobos and Fair Ones deal with similar themes of senescence and decay, and what people will pay for power or longevity. One is focused on the Bronze Age (though it could be played in modern day); the other focuses on modern day (though it could be played in the Bronze Age). They have quite different mechanics, but both are hacks of someone else's stuff: hobos is a Tunnel Goons hack, while Fair Ones is a 24XX hack. In terms of design goals, each met different portions of my private rubric. I'm pleased with the exposition of the spiritual ecology in Fair Ones - at the same time, it takes away from my general intent to express setting only through random tables. I like the incentives imposed by the diminishment mechanic in hobos.
If you like one, you might like the other too. Or not. Depends why you like either.

Everyone eventually ends up a lich. If you're lucky, you still will be able to walk and talk ...
