Launching an itchfund for layout on Listening to a Vanished God

First: thank you to everyone who purchased during the itchfund for ART. Carlos Castilho's pieces are great additions to the work, and I'm really grateful to you all.

Second: despite the good art, the layout has gotten poor reviews. And the color management on the soft cover proof is atrocious.

Accordingly, I'm launching a second round of itchfunding to cover layout for an updated PDF and softcover POD. Good layout is not cheap.
