I revised magic again. Why? Because for the first time I had a player roll a Wizard, and we were figuring out how to equip that.
The folx on RPG_Talk were right - risking death off screen just sucks. I don't want to dissuade wizardry that much.
So I revised the magic rules to put the death risk back onscreen and make it volitional.
Check it out.
The old rules still are available for download, if those tweak you better.
