Finalized Hunger

When writing one page rules, the challenge is to fit a coherent concept into few words.

Vampiric hunger is a tough concept to summarize. It should be a power up when you feast on lifeblood. It also should be a downer toward complete undeath.

With that in mind I have finalized the rules for Hunger.
