A downloadable 24XX hack
This is the game I have wanted to play for twenty nine years, since I first saw D&D 2e in 1993. I tried to do it with D&D, but that was an era of splatbooks when everyone wanted to do their own custom build. There was just too much stuff available, so that my players wouldn't accept a curated setting.
This is a game set in Ireland, in the late Bronze Age. Somewhat historical, somewhat fantastic. Filled with incidents and personages, some interesting locations that can be researched further. Changing up the 24XX game a bit, as I'm wont to do, in order to make it better fit the setting.

Lovely little game which I look forward playing. Reminds me of the Irish chapter(s?) of Lloyd Alexander’s book Time Cat: The Remarkable Journeys of Jason and Gareth.
Cheers! Like all the 24XX genre, it can be easy and fun to solo this. https://www.patreon.com/solorpg offers a ton of resources for solo play. I'm using his Wyldspire Woods with this game myself, and it's a great fit!
