Added Notoriety and Weariness to TRAMP


This is a game that had implicit mini-games, and now I'm fleshing them out with two new dice that track the crew's Notoriety and the ship's Weariness. As Notoriety gets bigger, better paying and more dangerous cargoes become available - and events in port get riskier as well. As the Weary die gets bigger, the ship comes closer to sinking. The Weary die can be made smaller, and Notoriety can be made smaller or bigger, by spending money in port.
